The Athens-Limestone Hospital Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization established in December 1999 by the Athens-Limestone Hospital Board of Directors. The Foundation works to support healthcare programs, patient services, equipment needs and community health initiatives that strengthen care across Limestone County and surrounding communities.

Through donor support, fundraising events and community partnerships, the Foundation helps provide resources that enhance patient care, improve access to services and support advancing medical technology at Athens-Limestone Hospital.
