Crystal Cup Golf Tournament
Join us for the 2026 Crystal Cup Golf Tournament – presented by Jimmy Smith Auto Group! We are so thrilled to be back for another year of golf at Canebrake Club in Athens, AL!
Proceeds from this year’s tournament will support the purchase of an EBUS (Endobronchial Ultrasound) system for our Pulmonology Department. This advanced, minimally invasive technology allows physicians to diagnose and stage lung cancer and other respiratory conditions with greater precision — improving patient outcomes, reducing the need for more invasive procedures, and enhancing the level of care we provide close to home.
The Pink Elephant Luncheon
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time to come together as a community to recognize the impact breast cancer has on so many lives. From family members and friends to coworkers and neighbors, nearly all of us know someone who has been affected. In fact, one in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.
The Athens-Limestone Hospital Foundation is committed to raising awareness and supporting early detection—because early detection saves lives.
We invite you to partner with us as a sponsor for the Pink Elephant Luncheon, taking place Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at the Alabama Veterans Museum and Archives. This meaningful event will feature keynote speaker Claire T. Jones, Attorney at Law, and brings our community together to support an important cause.
Proceeds from the luncheon help fund advanced diagnostic equipment and mammogram scholarships, ensuring more women in our community have access to lifesaving screenings.
Starlight Ball
Join us at the Alabama Veterans Museum & Archives for the 5th Annual Athens-Limestone Hospital Foundation Starlight Ball! This elegant black-tie evening will feature an exclusive cocktail hour from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., professional event photography and live entertainment to keep you dancing throughout the night. Guests will also enjoy a unique silent auction showcasing items generously donated by local businesses and individuals with convenient online mobile bidding available.
Funds raised at this year’s Starlight Ball will support priority healthcare initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, expand access to advanced treatment options and foster the continued growth of our medical programs.
