Athens-Limestone Hospital is proud to be a certified American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center, providing high-quality lifesaving education for both healthcare professionals and members of our community. Our experienced instructors offer a variety of courses designed to help participants gain the skills and confidence to respond in an emergency. To make training as convenient and accessible as possible, classes are offered at a variety of times to fit busy schedules and meet the needs of our community.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider
• Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider
• Heartsaver CPR AED

Diabetes Education Classes

This 8-hour class is offered monthly for those referred by a physician. A Certified Diabetic Educator, Registered Dietician and an RN educator teach the medical and nutritional aspects of diabetes. For more information, contact 256-233-9146.

Individual Nutrition Education
