About Us
The Decatur Morgan Heart Failure Clinic provides specialized, patient-centered care to help individuals manage heart failure and improve quality of life.
Our experienced team – David Smull, DO and Danielle Johnston, CRNP – partners closely with patients and caregivers to deliver individualized education and counseling on chronic disease management, comprehensive medication management and personalized diet and exercise guidance.
Services also include fluid monitoring with IV diuretic therapy, as indicated, evaluation and coordination of device therapies and ongoing support through every stage of the disease. To help prevent complications and readmissions, the clinic offers prompt follow-up after hospitalization or periods of instability, along with streamlined referrals and close collaboration with other providers to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
