Provides guidance, care, and support for individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease
Through Helen Keller Hospital, there is help available to bridge the gap in care and better manage health throughout the lifespan of this disease. Our mission is to create a space where all of the best resources, education and support are available in one location. We assess participants from all angles and employ a team-based approach to ensure each and every person in our program is receiving individualized care that meets their needs. Every person has their own path and a clear understanding of how to move forward and live better, longer. Many services are covered by insurance. The first visit where we complete the initial assessment to determine a pathway is $50. This is typically a one-hour appointment after which the patient will receive a personalized pathway, and all educational resources that have been suggested will be ordered. If we reccomend clinical services, we will send the patient back through their physician for those orders.
