HH Health welcomes the support of family members and visitors as part of the healing process. Visitor guidelines are designed to help ensure a safe, respectful and supportive environment for patients, visitors and care teams.

Because visiting policies may vary by hospital, unit or patient condition, visitors should review the guidelines for the hospital where care is being received before arriving.

General Visitor Expectations

Across HH Health facilities, visitors are expected to:

  • Respect patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Follow posted safety and infection prevention guidelines
  • Comply with staff instructions at all times
  • Be considerate of other patients, visitors and care teams
