On-Site Services

Corporate Wellness offers health screenings at your workplace, and audiograms are performed on our 29-foot HealthMobile van.

Biometric Screening Options

Blood Pressure & Pulse
- Includes on-site counseling, rechecks for elevations & educational materials
Blood Work
- Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) – screens for prostate cancer
- Hepatitis B Titer- tests for immunity
- Lipid profile (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides)
- Total Cholesterol
- Glucose
- Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
Body Measurement
- Height, Weight and Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Body Fat Analyzer
- Smart body scale with multi-body metrics
Urinalysis
- Detects abnormalities in the urine such as blood, protein, bacteria and sugar

OSHA & Safety Services

Screenings can be provided within your business facility and audiograms are performed on our 29-foot HealthMobile van. Our staff of Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationists, Registered Nurses and Wellness Specialists are ready to meet your required OSHA and safety services. The following are a sample of required OSHA and safety related testing and services Wellness can provide:

TB skin testing (PPD) or T-spot
- Tests for exposure to Tuberculosis
On site Vaccine Clinics
- Influenza (20 person minimum), clinics begin late September
- Hepatitis B
- T-dap
OSHA Audiometric Testing
- Medical and noise exposure history
- Employee’s audiometric data reviewed by audiologist or a physician with experience in OSHA noise regulations.
- Annual and daily audiometric booth calibrations
- Hearing conservation training option

Bone Density: An ultrasound measurement of the arm to determine abnormal bone mass density

Cotinine Testing
- Rapid urine test for detection of nicotine metabolite

Health Risk Assessment: A questionnaire, followed by a report that identifies health risks due to lifestyle and gives recommendations for improvement.
