Governance and Leadership

HH Health is governed by the Health Care Authority of the City of Huntsville and its eleven-member volunteer board of directors. Our executive team of leaders includes the presidents of each hospital throughout our system.

Our History

Initially founded as Huntsville Infirmary in 1895, HH Health has expanded to include hospitals and care providers in communities across north Alabama and southern Tennessee. By working together, community-based hospitals are better able to serve their patients with appropriate, quality care locally, while being able to access and benefit from the resources and services that come from being a part of a larger regional system.
